From material formulation to mold design, from production process to quality control — Liu shares 15 years of Bakelite phenolic resin component manufacturing experience, helping you choose the right product, avoid pitfalls, and reduce costs.
15 years focused on one thing — perfecting phenolic resin components
I run Hualing Machinery in Hengshui, Hebei Province (Taocheng District) (Taocheng District, Fuqiang North Street), specializing in Bakelite (phenolic resin) mechanical components for 15 years. From apprentice to handling the full production line — material formulation, mold design, mass production, and quality inspection — I've encountered and solved more problems than most.
This blog is where I organize and share those 15 years of hands-on experience: which phenolic resin grades suit which working conditions, material property differences between grades, the most common mold design pitfalls, and the quality details that cannot be overlooked during inspection.
Our factory produces approximately 2 million Bakelite components annually, exported to more than 50 countries and regions. If you have customization needs or technical questions, feel free to reach out.
